Digital Delivery
Software, licences, digital files, project deliverables, and other electronically delivered services will be provided through:

- Customer accounts
- Other agreed digital channels
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the nature and scope of the service or project. Any applicable delivery timeframe will be communicated and agreed with the customer before work begins.
Physical Products
Where a project includes physical equipment or materials, shipping arrangements, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times will be agreed separately with the customer.
Physical items are the exception, not the rule. Terms for these are handled on a case-by-case basis and set out in your project agreement.
